The 7th Division of the 2023 China Overseas Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Helsinki, Finland) was successfully organized by Tuulenkantajat Ry. Following the intense competition, eleven startup projects from various tracks were granted an honourable prize, allowing them to advance to the Global Finals of the 2023 Overseas Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
Notably, amongst Nordic and Baltic projects from our 7th division, Oskari Autti’s project “Holomons” and Sihai Luo’s project “Nanochip Materials” both tied for tenth place in the competition
These finals took place in Hefei, Anhui, China at the Global Conference Roadshow Centre from the 22nd to the 23rd of October 2023:
The Holomons nature education card game, hailing from Oulu, Finland, and the nanochip material originating in Trondheim, Norway, has been selected by the Wind Innovation Youth Technology Association for its remarkable innovation. Following their journey to the global finals, both projects secured the top award, garnering significant attention from investors, peers, and the conference’s attendees.

Furthermore, in the upcoming week, the Holomons and Nanochip Materials projects will be travelling to Beijing and Chongqing, respectively, for networking and engagement with potential partners, thereby paving the way for their future growth on a broader scale.
